I have discovered that users of my mirror are already downloading the F16
release, and the reason is that my upstream, download-i2.fedora.redhat.com,
has already its permission bits flipped to open:
[root at odysseus]# rsync -L rsync://download-i2.fedora.redhat.com/fedora-enchilada0/linux/releases/16/

For now I am leaving my mirror open (it is 4 ours to the release).
>From the cron log files I think that the bits on download-i2 have been
flipped some time between 4:17 and 8:17 CET (= UTC-1), which is when
my rsync is being run.

Please don't top post and in particular don't attach entire digests to your
mail or we'll all soon be using bittorrent to read the list. --Alan Cox
