I don't see releases/16 or I don't have permission to access it even
when using fedora-enchilada0 (which almost no mirror seems to
support) on any mirror I used to be in ACLs until recently.

Am I too impatient, or should I recontact people about opening up my
IPs for pre-bitflip mirroring? Who's in Germany (preferably GEANT/DFN)
and has the contents synced?

As a side note - could this be somehow automated? I know that some
mirrors simply use the ACLs as produced by the mirrormanager. Maybe a
wgetable list that could be croned?
