Just noticed that we (fedora.c3sl.ufpr.br) don't have it. I sync from
the master (dl.fedoraproject.org). What's the mirro-only module?

Also, in previous releases this hasn't happened. Now it seems to be
not just a directory permission configuration, it looks more like an
exclusion list in the rsync server.
