[mirror-admin] Fedora 15 staged for mirroring, release Tuesday

As you may have seen already, Fedora 15 is staged to the master mirrors, and is planned for release on Tuesday morning.  This release weighs in at 118GB, though due to hard linking, you shouldn't have to download quite that much now if you've been carrying development/15/.
