[mirror-admin] Duke out of sync?

Hello,
I run a private mirror and currently use Duke as my upstream Fedora
mirror.  I'm in sync with Duke, but my Fedora systems say the following:

http://rtp-linux.cisco.com/fedora/updates/14/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml:
[Errno -1] repomd.xml does not match metalink for updates
Trying other mirror.

Can I assume Duke is out-of-sync and I should point to a different
upstream mirror?
