Turns out I spoke too soon, download-i2.fedora.redhat.com does _not_
have a [fedora-enchilada0] module, it's just [fedora-enchilada] but is
ACL-restricted. Sorry about that.
That _will_ change in a few weeks once Fedora Infrastructure owns that
server, but we'll send an announcement about that when it does change.
