Thanks for the report Matt.

Ticket is filed [1].  Smooge will ping the Red Hat I/T team in the morning
to look at the stats on the netapp that backs those.  The servers
themselves are so under-utilized it's scary (16 cores, 99+% idle all
the time).

Our rsyncd.conf has a timeout value at 600 seconds (10 minutes), so
you must be using --timeout=300 in your rsync invocation.
