[mirror-admin] per-Site MirrorManager errorcheck results coming momentarily

I also went through and deleted all the Host / Category mappings that had no URLs or no directories. I need to find where those are getting created ( I suspect it’s report_mirror checkins doing it). If those were your only warnings, you can ignore them.
