[mirror-admin] Fedora 16 net install broken?

My net installs of F16 have been failing for the past two days. I opened
a quick bug on it:

Looks like the my mirror, and the two others I checked are completely
missing the /development/16/ directory the installer tries to use.
Anyone know why that's missing all the sudden?
