Fedora 16 Alpha has been staged and should now be available at 
pub/fedora/linux/releases/test/16-Alpha it is 30G and the rpms are
hardlinked to development/16

Our release is Tuesday the 23rd of August, at 10:00am US Eastern time,
15:00 UTC
