Ok so that was a bit over confident on my part :). We have copied the files to

http://archive.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/releases/11/
http://archive.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/fedora/linux/updates/11/

Tomorrow (2010-10-28 20:00 UTC) we will change the links in mirror
manager to point to that. On Friday (2010-10-29 20:00 UTC) I will be
removing the old content from the main site.

In January we will do this with F12 and then 2months after F13 is EOL
lather, scrub, rinse , repeat.
