[mirror-admin] Fedora 14 final release coming

Fedora 14 went gold today, and as such we're staging it for mirrors.

The size is 101G, with a lot of hardlinks to the current
pub/feodra/linux/development/14/ directory tree.

The release date is November 2, at 1400 UTC (10:00 Eastern US time).  I
will be flipping the permission bit to unlock the release the night
before, somewhere around 0100 UTC.  This should give enough time for
mirrors to sync up and be open when we officially announce the release.
