If I leave my releases/11 and updates/11 trees in place with an rsync
exclude and continue running report-mirror against the existing tree,
will mirror manager continue to include my private mirror for any
additional Fedora 11 installs that might be needed in the future?  Or
would people have to manually specify my mirror once you change
mirror-manager to point to the archive server?
