if you're going to list your private mirror in MirrorManager, you need
to use the master mirror directory structure.  You can exclude any
_directories_ you want, but you cannot exclude content within a
directory.

MM knows the master mirror directory structure.  It doesn't have any
way to corrolate arbitrary downstream mirror directory structures or
subset-of-files-in-directories with that on the master mirror.
