I maintain a private mirror and would like to get the RHEL 6b2 content.
 I'm currently getting access denied:

rsync rsync://ftp.redhat.com/rhel-beta/
@ERROR: access denied to rhel-beta from rtp-linux1.cisco.com (64.102.53.94)

I've searched my normal upstream mirrors (kernel.org, duke.edu,
nscu.edu) and cannot find the beta.  Please add me to the ACL or provide
another tier 0/1 which already has the content.
