[mirror-admin] request to mirror spins.fedoraproject.org

Consider this a request to include the "Fedora Other" Category in your MirrorManager database entry, and report_mirror.conf, with your path to /pub/alt.  MirrorManager tracks all mirrors of /pub/alt as a top-level, not /pub/alt/spins/* as a top-level.  It can't handle you mirroring into a completely arbitrary directory structure.  Of course you can exclude any directories you wish under /pub/alt.

E.g. for the content hosted here on the master:

http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/alt/spins/linux/releases/13/Spins/x86_64/

hosting it anywhere on your server, so long as your tree  contains the 'spins/linux/releases/...' paths, that's great.
