[mirror-admin] for mirrors mirroring the rhel bits

I wasn't able to get the ISO download redirected automatically to the
mirror servers, but
ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/rhel/beta/README-BETA2-Refresh.txt does now
include a pointer to http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/publiclist/RHEL/6/
