[mirror-admin] RHEL 6 Beta Refresh

Hi,

There is a planned "refresh" of the RHEL 6 Beta 2 content tomorrow.
This is basically an updated set of packages addressing bug fixes in the
past few weeks.

In order for existing beta installs to be able to automatically pull the
new content, we're going to use the existing directories.  The content
there now will be unchanged; we're just going to add new packages and
ISOs.

The new content should appear around 7am EDT and the announcement email
will go out a couple hours later.

There will also be a pointer to the mirrorlists in the README to help
facilitate mirror usage for ISOs.
