[mirror-admin] for mirrors mirroring the rhel bits

Same problem here,

still not able to connect:
@ERROR: access denied to rhel-beta from btr0xq.rz.uni-bayreuth.de (132.180.7.30)
Maybe the problem is the reverse DNS name, because the host is also known as
rsync.uni-bayreuth.de.
