[mirror-admin] Problems working with fedora mirror manager

You can check it yourself. This link shows you that you have no
directories which are up to date:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/host_category/3778

If I try to connect to your site I get:

$ lftp ftp://ftp.fi-b.unam.mx/so/fedora/linux
cd: Access failed: 550 /so/fedora/linux: No such file or directory     

So this error might be the reason for not being part of the mirrorlist.

Also please use your email address you used to subscribe to this list
(so that I do not have manually approve it).
