[mirror-admin] Problems working with fedora mirror manager

Entry look good and it seems to work correctly. Have a look at the
output of
curl "http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-12&arch=x86_64&ip=209.132.186.34"
and you can see that your mirror is listed as first available mirror:
# repo = fedora-12 arch = x86_64 Using preferred netblock country = US country = MX country = CA
http://download.englab.brq.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/12/Everything/x86_64/os/
http://fedora.mirrors.tds.net/pub/fedora/releases/12/Everything/x86_64/os/
