As PPC will be removed as a primary arch in F13, within a year all the content on the master mirror will be x86/x86_64. So ppc excludes won't keep you below 1TB on its own.

We only mirror x86 ( 32 and 64 bit ) architectures. So it should be no
problem for us if the total mirror content goes beyond 1TB.
