[mirror-admin] development directory contents

After syncing the Fedora 13 files from one of the Tier 1s into
development/13 (and not requesting rawhide), I also got three other directories:

i386  source  x86_64

These appear to have Fedora 12 content of some kind in them.  Are they
necessary for Fedora 13, or can I get rid of them?  The files in these
directories are not linked to anything else as far as I can tell.
