[mirror-admin] very low download traffic for redhat subtree?

Technically we could put up our own copy of the tree and not have the
Red Hat NFS one. Politically I would say that it would be something
the FPL/Board should give some guidance on. It is a limited time thing
we would be doing and I would want to make sure we didn't breach any
'walls' between project and company that exist.
