Heh, gotta love the easy fixes (they sure seem rare enough!).

Where (and how) are you getting an IPv4 table?
Would it be possible to get an eBGP multi-hop peer session with one or
more routers providing access to the website servers? Quagga isn't too
memory hungry with a single feed (I have an IPv4 full table exported to
Quagga, and zebra+bgpd use about 150M RAM).
Your best bet may be via Hurricane Electric; they help out IPv6 use in
lots of other ways. They do have a public route server at
route-server.he.net.
