A full table should reflect the same IP->AS data, no matter where you
get it from.  There may be a few prefixes with an inconsistent AS, but
that shouldn't be a big deal (as long as it is handled).

There are about 293,000 IPv4 and 1900 IPv6 prefixes today.  That's a lot
of routes for routers to handle, but not really that big of a deal for a
modern database.
