Rather than wait on 1.3.2, I pushed a hotfix into production to fix
this.  So, yes, DNS names you enter in netblock entries will be
resolved. All you with dynamic DNS should be taken care of now.

Remember this is updated every hour (as often as the mirrorlists
themselves are updated), so DNS changes within an hour won't get
reflected until the top of the hour.
