[mirror-admin] DNS for netblock entries fixed now

MM 1.3.1 fixes 2 things:

1) creating netblock entries using a DNS name.  (A or AAAA records
   only - it won't chase down CNAMEs).

2) publiclist pages, product/version/arch chooser HTML is compliant
   again.

let me know if you have other problems. I'll be attending LinuxCon in
Portland all next week, so there may be some delays in responding.  If
you'll be there, look me up, I'd love to meet all of you.  I'm
presenting at 11:30a on Monday on "Dynamic Driver Injection", and will
be around the Fedora booth some as well.
