[mirror-admin] download-i2 back online

The Internet2-connected master mirror, download-i2.fedora.redhat.com, is back online and appears to be working well again.

If you reach download-i2 over Internet2 (NLR, NCREN, ...), then this should be a fast master mirror you can use again.
Your traceroutes should have the last few hops going over I2 before you try using this mirror.
