There aren't any netblock entries for that host right now.  Which is
odd, as you say you added them.  I may well have broken something in
the web UI, but the database shouldn't have gotten screwed up like
that, unless the Host got deleted and recreated at some point. Can you
send me the entries you would expect to see there?

(updates-released-f11 i386 is currently not up-to-date on that host).

There are ~1100 netblock entries in the database right now, so if we
can put those entries back, it should work for you after an hour or
so...
