[mirror-admin] Request for bandwidth consumption data from India.

Hello,

I've conducted a small analysis on this month's Fedora traffic from IN
networks to ftp.kaist.ac.kr with our http/ftp logs.  For the first
three weeks of October, we are serving about 240GB in total, roughly
~10GB/day of Fedora data to India.

For details, find the lines for IN from our traffic summary by
country[1] and summary by country and ASNs[2].  Traffic for Oct 1st ~
21st (+09:00) are considered, and all numbers appearing are in bytes.

I'm working on a traffic measurement tool for our mirroring system for
summarizing statistics by countries and ASNs.  I used pieces of my
prototype code to produce the data that might help you.  My code
analyzed both http and ftp logs of our service and used Cymru's
IP-to-ASN service[3] to map IP addresses to ASNs and country codes. If
anyone is interested in producing a similar result with their own
logs, please use my recipe[4].  Conversion to CLF (common log format)
is required for http/ftp logs in other formats.
