This cannot be correct; IITK has far more bandwidth than IITM and should
be showing lot more hits. IITM is showing about 30000 hits per day and
download volume of about 1000 gb per day. The download volume is terribly
off because most of the hits are for partial content and these are not
logged correctly (even hits with requests for partial content seem to be 
logged with the full content for byte count).
