[mirror-admin] "file has vanished" again

I cannot say that I do not see it at all with the mirrors of other
distributions but it is happening very often with my Fedora mirror and I
can confirm that it has been happening for many years and it is just
like the others described it already.

An example from my logs:

I can see, for example, following in all three logs:

file has vanished: "/source/SRPMS/dbus-1.2.16-6.fc12.src.rpm" (in fedora-linux-development)

Those syncs have been running every 4 hours.
