It dawns on me I never fully explained what happened here.  The link
between RDU (our i2 link) and PHX (normal link) isn't particularly fast.  I
recently started to consolidate some of our various content on to
download.fedora.redhat.com for further mirroring.  Things like secondary
arch, video, stuff like that.

Well, in the process of doing that I added about 1T of stuff to the mirror
so far.  This just took far longer to sync to RDU then anyone anticipated,
even with the upgraded pipe it took over 7 days to complete.  So I'm
working on ways to make sure this doesn't happen again, and don't worry
all of this new content will all be in new modules, so even if you're
grabbing fedora-enchilada, you won't suddenly have to worry about storing
2T of data :)
