[mirror-admin] New mirror, setting up, getting impatient..

Thanks - its name was wrong in mirrormanage (We were going to call it 
distro.iyte.edu.tr, but we found that linus.iyte.edu.tr was more 
affectionate) . Fixed, and I just ran report_mirror afterwards:

[root at linus mirrormanager-client]# report_mirror
