[mirror-admin] Fedora 12 release day - bitflip & report

The public announcement of availability of Fedora 12 will happen in
about 2 hours, but the directory permissions on
releases/12/{Fedora,Live}/ are open now.

Please resync, or manually chmod 0755 those directories, and then run
report_mirror to let MirrorManager know.  Doing so will be sure you
are selected to serve content this morning during the mad rush of
users.

Thanks again for all you do to serve Fedora and our users.  It is much
appreciated.
