[mirror-admin] seems Fedora 11 was already built & staged ?? ..

I've just now removed the redirects for Fedora 11 updates and
updates-testing content, so requests for such will start hitting the mirrors
momentarily.  The redirect for Fedora 11 main content to rawhide is
still in place.
