Can you really serve content at 10Gbps ?  If so, fantastic, please
update the host's page in MM.  If in practice you can only push say
7Gb, please set the value accordingly.  This value is used as a
weighting in deciding which mirror to return to any given user.  If
your value is set too high, you'll receive a disproportionate amount
of users, leading to poor user download experience.
