[mirror-admin] Lots of churn from fedora-archives.ibiblio.org

Hi,

Between Wednesday and Thursday we (ftp.heanet.ie, syncing from
193.1.219.88) pulled about 23GB of content from
fedora-archives.ibiblio.org, the previous few days saw little, if any,
updates. 

The next scheduled sync has been running since 11:18 (GMT) yesterday
and shows no sign of stopping :) We have a connection with NLR via GEANT
so it's not exactly slow either.

This is our rsync command:

rsync --stats -rlptDv --delete-after --numeric-ids --timeout=5000 -4 -H
--delay-updates --exclude-from=/usr/local/mirror/etc/fedora-excludes
fedora-archives.ibiblio.org::fedora-enchilada /ftp/disk1/fedora/

* In fedora-excludes we exclude the content that has moved to the
  archive.
