Also, be aware that the MM crawler runs roughly every 2 hours, and if
your site isn't reachable, you'll be marked not up-to-date; 2 hours
later, if reachable then, you'll be marked up-to-date. So yes, you
can be kind and clear the "user_active" box, or you can just let the
crawler do it.
For private mirrors, you _must_ clear the user_active checkbox, as
the crawler doesn't run against private mirrors.
