[mirror-admin] updates/{9,10} removed??

ibiblio.  Actually, I may have overstated the problem.  There seemed 
to have been a problem with missing repodata and packages in 
updates/testing/10/x86_64.  The other downloads were just a large 
batch of regular updates for 9, 10 and 11.

After one manual sync, I got back 

updates/testing/10/x86_64/repodata/(long-hash)-{primary,comps,other,filelists}*.{gz,bz2} 

but was still missing 

updates/testing/10/x86_64/kernel-*2.6.29.2-52.fc10.x86_64.rpm

(but debug/kernel-*2.6.29.2-52.fc10.x86_64.rpm was there).  Another 
manual sync later and everything is working again.
