not yet.  As we speak I'm working on a mirror layout -> torrent layout converter and getting rsync set up on torrent.fp.o so you can grab the .torrent files easier...  Probably won't be done tonight though.

Hi everyone,

Have the (99% complete) torrents been put up?   We only have maybe  
50Mbit to give so doing an http mirror isn't practical, but serving a  
few thousand ISOs via bittorrent is more managable.
