[mirror-admin] Fedora 11 (open)?

Uhh, WTF?

After downloading most of F11 last night and then deleting it this
morning, my mirror downloaded it all this afternoon and then again just
deleted it.

This kind of thing hasn't happened with all the releases (tests, RCs,
etc.) that have gone before; what has changed this time?
