[mirror-admin] Fedora 11 (open)?

Note: It seems that in fixing the permissions they became too 
restrictive and if you synced afterward you lost all of your Fedora 11 
content (due to it no longer being available to the mirrors).  It is 
probably worth checking your mirror to see if you've had some of this 
unexpected churn.
