your are missing the fedora/linux directory on your mirror. You have:

http://ftp.upjs.sk/pub/fedora/archive/{releases,updates}

it would need to be something like.

http://ftp.upjs.sk/pub/fedora/archive/fedora/linux/{releases,updates}

That way it works for my mirror.
