We (ftp.heanet.ie) had a couple of syncs over the weekend that took
over 24 hours to complete, but everything seems to have stabilised as
of yesterday afternoon.

No sign of that in the logs. We are pulling from
fedora-archives.ibiblio.org over Internet2.

We stayed syncing from ibiblio the entire time.
