Hey, we have just made some big changes on the rsync servers that will
hopefully change things for the better, so again, please let us know how
things like filelist generation times are looking from this point on.

We are also raising the connection limit to 12 connections x 4 servers,
which should help with the limits that people have been hitting recently.
