[mirror-admin] Master Mirror Status

Hey, we just spoke to Will, and he said that the master mirrors should
be mostly back to normal now, although they are still being kept
limited to 10 connections each.  If anybody body still notices any
slowness or anything else unusual other than the connection limiting,
please let us know about it.
