[mirror-admin] Optus mirror has changed address

Dear Folks,

Here at Optus, we have deployed a new mirror server, at a new address.
from 211.29.132.173 to:
$ dig mirror.optusnet.com.au +short
211.29.132.93

This is a much shinier, newer and bigger box, which will hopefully
provide better service for Australia.
