Specifically, I propose report_mirror takes two arguments. The first
is a file with the paths of added or updated files, the second is a
file with the paths of removed files; these paths should be relative
to the fedora-enchilada directory. Both arguments should be
absolute paths.

Is this enough or you need additional info on the added/updated ones?
